Soil Test

Lab diagnosis of soil structure, pH levels, and fertility. If pH is off, nutrients get locked in the soil and can't reach the roots. A simple correction makes a big difference. Recommended every 2 to 3 years.

Core Aeration

A machine pulls plugs from the soil to reduce compaction and thatch, increase oxygen, and improve nutrient and water flow in the root zone. Best done late August through early October, ideally paired with overseeding.

Seeding & Overseeding

Every 2 to 3 years we recommend overseeding the full lawn to keep it dense and full, and fill in any thin or bare spots. Done in conjunction with aeration for best results.

Beds are prepped by weeding and removing unwanted vegetation and debris, with re-edging along the full perimeter. Fresh mulch applied for a clean, finished look that retains moisture and suppresses weeds.
